Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://inhomecaregreensboro.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Kay's Home Care markets and arranges Companion Care, Dementia Care, Disability Care, In-Home Care, Senior Care, Private Duty Care. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://inhomecaregreensboro.com is the property of Kay's Home Care or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Kay's Home Care does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kay's Home Care's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Kay's Home Care in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Kay's Home Care against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NC law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NC for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
